5. AI output

Scalerra uses AI to generate suggestions and insights. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is decision support, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for your decisions and actions. See AI Use & Limitations.

6. Availability and beta

During early access the service is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, and we may impose reasonable limits. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of liability

You may stop using Scalerra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
